Herb Butter Salmon Steaks in Chicago

I stumbled on this salmon recipe video as I was riding in the car driving from Ohio to watch a Chicago Cubs games with my father, brother-in-law and his two boys. I believe we were passing through Gary, Indiana while I first watched this.

After the game, we asked some of the locals where to find a fish market because I really wanted to try this salmon recipe on the grill when we got back home.

We were directed to a fish market in Chicago, named, Hagen's Fish Market located on W. Montrose Ave in Chicago. Very nice place on the inside.

I had a lot of time in the car while travelling to this baseball game. So I'm gonna tell you this recipe for Herb Butter Salmon is about 8 minutes long. If I was sitting at home in my office I probably would have never made it through the entire video. But being bored in the car on a 4 hour trip can cause a person to find entertainment in things they normally wouldn't.

We made this on the grill the following day and it was delicious!!!
